Used A&M Single Arm Sigma Blade Mixer
Features: 316 Stainless Steel. The mixer is 36" wide x 30" long x 36" deep.
Approx. 15 cubic foot working capacity. Lid lifts up/down with an air cylinder on back.
It has a 2.5" outside diameter sani-clamp connection inlet
and a 8.5" diameter inlet with a grate over it for adding product.
The lid has safety lockouts and clamps to keep it closed.
Has a hand crank tilt for unloading. When fully tipped over it's 20" from the floor.
